The world we live in is truly a small place! I was recently contacted, early one morning by a heavily accented voice asking if I lived near the little village of Sointula. Turns out it was an agency named TransTerra Media, a media outlet for video and photo storytellers based in Beirut, Lebanon with over 250 media outlets all over the world. They were working with a client in Finland needing images from Malcolm Island to run with a story on the Finnish utopian colony that was originally founded on the island. You never know what a phone call can bring in this business!
