Hornby Island Autumn Seascapes ~ September 21 to 24, 2104

Autumn on Hornby Island is a photographers paradise. Join myself and photographer/photo-educator Karen McKinnon in exploring and being inspired by the variety this island has to offer photographers.  Stunning sandstone rock formations, epic Helliwell bluffs, the gentle beauty of the shoreline, the Hornby Island lifestyle, and a trip to the Chrome Island lighthouse are just part of what you will experience.

This full three day workshop will have you up catching the sunrise, and still full of energy at the end of the day when you head out for some night photography.

Accomodation will be at the cozy  Hornby Island Dive School, nestled in the photogenic Ford’s Cove community. Meals, all included, are gourmet and the atmosphere is friendly and fun.

Throughout the field-trips Karen and I will be presenting lessons and be at your disposal for personal one-on-one support.

In 2013 two of these workshops sold out, this year we are only offering one. The reviews last year were overwhelmingly positive, with participants commenting it was their “best holiday ever,” it was a “fun and a supportive environment,” and “full of more photography knowledge and inspiration then I could have imagined.”

Includes accommodation, (shared and limited individual rooms available,)  all meals and snacks, and an incredible photography experience.

September Sunday the 21st at 3 p.m. to Wednesday the 24th after lunch.
